People love working from here. Nice individual rooms that you can call home. Rooms in the front are south-facing and have large windows overlooking the hustle and bustle of George Street. Two even have balconies. Rooms at the rear are quieter but still have plenty of natural light. The top floor offices are the most popular. You have to climb the stairs but are rewarded with the best views.

Prices are per calendar month and exclude VAT. We charge by the room not the person, so the above is just a guide on the basis of each person having a decent desk and some filing space. To move in you will have to agree to our simple licence agreement.
