Built in 1897 and in the heart of the Central Croydon Conservation area, Enterprise House is managed by Surrey Estates.
Surrey Estates has occupied, managed and loved Enterprise House since the 1980s. Our main business is offering serviced offices to small businesses. We are right in the centre of Croydon, between East Croydon station and the George Street tram stop.
